Barry Goldberg is a native Angeleno multi medium producer and artist. A cultural activist.

As a recording engineer and music producer, he has worked with grammy nominated, multi platinum artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Marilyn Manson, Snoop Dogg/Dr. Dre, Rickie Lee Jones, The Bright Room and Smashing Pumpkins.

Working in the music industry, Barry saw the creative challenges that arise when one brings together the world’s top talent, with diverse skills, to produce a single piece of music.

He noticed how different the outcome of a production could be with the right culture allowing for open collaboration and providing proper support and development for the artist. He recognized the importance of “holding creative space,” being able to feel the room, keeping a free flow where everyone feels heard, safe and inspired to be their best.

For more than 20 years, he refined philosophies and techniques for creative teamwork inside and outside the studio: for inspiring individual ideas, synthesizing efforts, and producing final products that appeal to first-time audiences.

Today, Barry helps creative leaders in a variety of professions and industries. He shares his secrets for creative success with Producers of customer experiences, corporate innovations, next generation media, and initiatives for social progress. He consults to a variety of industries when they are building creative cultures, establishing multi-disciplinary teams, and producing innovations that must appeal to new markets and audiences.
